National Post’s columnist Bruce Arthur tweeted that Martin Brodeur will most likely retire if there’s another long lockout.
If there’s another long lockout, like last time, there’s a really good chance you won’t see me come back.
Brodeur has mentioned several times that he expects to be back next season.
Wednesday’s Game 1 will be the 200th playoff game of Brodeur’s career. Only Patrick Roy played in more (247).
